We ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible. When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.
Smaller, lighter items ship via UPS whenever possible. Depending on your distance from our warehouse, delivery takes 1-6 business days after shipment.
Signature Requirements: We don't require signatures, but the delivery person has discretion. To ensure doorstep delivery, leave a note on your door stating "No Signature Required" with your name and tracking number.
Large and heavy items require Truck Delivery, which differs from standard UPS in two ways:
1. Delivery Appointments: The delivery agent will call you to schedule delivery once your merchandise arrives at their location. Appointment windows are typically 2-4 hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
2. Curbside Delivery: Products are delivered to your driveway or curb. You're responsible for moving items inside, though many carriers offer additional services (at your expense) to help move merchandise into your home or office.
Important: Inspect packages upon delivery. If you notice damage, write "Product Damaged" on the delivery sheet to ensure quick resolution.
We gladly accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or faulty due to our error or manufacturer defect.
Other returns may be approved with a 25% restocking charge. You'll receive 75% of the original purchase price upon receipt of returned goods.
Requirements: Products must be in original condition and packaging. Assembled or modified products cannot be returned. Some products are non-returnable and will be clearly marked on the product page.
Before Shipping: We accept cancellations before items ship.
After Shipping: Cancellation is not available, but items are returnable with a 35% restocking charge. You'll receive 65% of the original purchase price upon receipt of returned goods.
Note: Extra large cupolas are custom items and are not returnable.
Orders can be placed through our secure shopping cart by selecting your desired options, adding items to your cart, and checking out using any major credit card.
We accept all major credit cards. Payments can be made over the phone or within our secure shopping cart.
